BOZEMAN – Grab your clubs for a cause. The Yellowstone Park Foundation is holding its first annual Old Faithful Open golf tournament on Wednesday, Sept. 17 at Bozeman’s Riverside Country Club.
“We have a brand new Cadillac donated by Ressler Motors if a player can get a hole in one,” said Melinda Gable, Director of Communication and Marketing for YPF, adding that the specific hole is yet to be determined. “It’s a great time of the year to showcase Yellowstone National Park. We’re excited and expecting a really nice turnout.”
Registration begins at 12 p.m. and the four-person scramble format kicks off at 1 p.m. with a shotgun start. Fees include 18 holes of golf with a cart and hors d’oeuvres. A cocktail hour, silent auction and dinner will follow the event. All proceeds will benefit YPF, the official fundraising partner of Yellowstone National Park.
