Gear Review: Outdoor Research Helium II raincoat

Venturing out on a hike near Bozeman on Cinco de Mayo, I knew I had to be prepared for grumpy bears, lots of mud and almost any weather condition. Occupying nearly zero volume in my daypack, the OR Helium II raincoat was perfect for my outing. I wore it over a light base layer and was equally comfortable in the beating sunshine, and then five minutes later when icy white pebbles fell from the sky. Avg. weight: 5.8 oz $150.00
