Music on the Green in Bozeman will return this Sunday, July 14 with a free performance by Bozeman-based band STilGONE. At 5 p.m., STilGONE will play its take on jamming—combining funk, psychedelic rock, hip hop and soul—in the green area in front of the Bozeman Public Library.
According to a July 10 release from the City of Bozeman, Music on the Green began in 2008 and has been a summer staple since. Donations from the Bozeman Public Library Foundation have kept the concerts free and open to the public.
“Music on the Green has become a cherished tradition for our community,” stated Kit Stephenson, assistant director at BPL. “We are excited to bring people together once again to enjoy live music in the heart of Bozeman. This event truly embodies the spirit of our town, and we are grateful for the support that makes it possible.”
