On Thursday, Oct. 3, award-winning author Mark Sullivan will visit Bozeman Public Library to speak about his new book “All the Glimmering Stars.” Author of “Beneath a Scarlet Sky” and “The Last Green Valley,” he’s earned New York Times Notable Book and Los Angeles Times Book of the Year.
“All the Glimmering Stars” is founded on the true story of two Ugandan teens who were kidnapped alongside thousands of Ugandan youth and turned into warriors for a warlord. The novel is historical fiction based on interviews Sullivan conducted with Anthony Opoka and Florence Okori over two weeks in 2021.
The talk begins at 6:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
