BIG SKY – Celebrities from across the country have signed on to play in the 11th annual Big Brothers Big Sisters Celebrity Golf Tournament, July 15 – 16. Held at the Big Sky Golf Course, the event is also open to the public.
This year’s celebrity lineup includes MSU head basketball coach, Brad Huse, and Eric Dickerson, six-time pro-bowl and five-time all pro running back for the Los Angeles Rams. New to the list this year is well-known Western artist Tom Gilleon, who also donated an original oil for auction.
The two-day event begins with a cocktail party and silent auctionm at 7 p.m. on Sunday evening, July 15, at the Big Sky Resort Summit Hotel. The golf tournament follows the next day, with a 1 p.m. shotgun start at the Big Sky Golf Course. Individual player and team slots are still available.
Big Brothers Big Sisters is a mentoring program that provides children facing adversity with strong, enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships. This event benefits the Big Sky satellite office of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Gallatin County, which currently serves five new school-based matches and six community-based matches.
