Volcom Stone's rail jam at Moonlight Basin Feb. 4

BIG SKY — The boys at Volcom Stone have made a stop for the fifth straight year to Moonlight Basin Ski Resort in Big Sky for the Peanut Butter and Rail Jam Feb. 4.

Jared King landed in Montana from Colorado Thursday night and took a tour around the mountain Friday while the Zero Gravity Terrain Park crew set up the features for the rail jam. Of the features: two ‘pills’ pushed together, with a third angled downward; a flat-up-flat rail; down rails among other classic park features.

King said Friday that it’s interesting seeing the different styles of riders throughout the country and Canada. The crew stopped last weekend in New Jersey and will head next to Ontario.

Registration for tomorrow’s event starts at 8:00 a.m., and riders can hit the mountain around 10 a.m.
